To create and implement organised marketing strategies to support business growth, we are looking for a Marketing and Business Development Manager. Responsibilities

* Find catering opportunities (weddings, private events, corporate occasions) and possible franchise markets by conducting market research.
* Create and oversee marketing initiatives for local advertising, social media, and internet platforms.
* Develop and preserve connections with clients, corporate clients, event coordinators, and possible franchise partners.
* Encourage the brand’s growth and marketing in order to facilitate future franchise expansion.
* Oversee deployment and make use of CRM systems to monitor leads, enquiries, and customer interaction.
* Examine consumer information and campaign performance to boost marketing efficacy and bookings.
* Provide management with information on marketing performance, market trends, and expansion prospects.
Qualifications
* Strong grasp of brand building and marketing, preferably in the food, takeaway, catering, or franchising industries.
* Capacity to organise and carry out local and digital marketing campaigns.
* Understanding of the UK market, including developments in franchise business, events, and catering.
* Knowledge of digital marketing, including email campaigns, social media, and online advertising.
* Capacity to evaluate data and spot patterns to promote company expansion.
