Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Office Sales/Admin role located in Warrington. The selected candidate will handle daily administrative tasks, provide customer service support, and assist in sales operations. Responsibilities include managing general running of the sales office and all required administration, customer call handling, processing sales orders, quotations, maintaining records, coordinating with customers, liaising with distribution and addressing inquiries in a professional and timely manner.

Qualifications

* Strong communication and customer service skills, with the ability to professionally interact with internal teams and external clients.
* Proficiency in administrative assistance and office administration, including managing schedules, maintaining records, and organizing tasks efficiently.
* Experience in accounting processes and procedures.
* Creating and checking current / newly created customer accounts.
* Distribution and management of quotations to customers.
* Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
* Proficiency in office software such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
* Previous experience in a sales or administrative role is a plus.
* A good level of lighting knowledge is ideal.
* A good level of Education required.
* Additional certifications in administration is a plus.
* Office supervisor / management experience will be ideal.
