Sales Engineer – Cybersecurity SaaS (Hybrid, 1–2 Days in Office)
£80k-£100k base with OTE of £100k-£125k, plus stock options

My client is a rapidly growing SaaS-based cybersecurity vendor building out their pre-sales team.
This role sits at the heart of their customer engagements — blending technical expertise, communication skills, and the ability to guide prospects and partners through the value of a cutting-edge security platform. This is the perfect role for someone who enjoys variety and being part of a small but high-impact team.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Own the technical pre-sales process across the full sales cycle
* Deliver compelling product demos and solution workshops
* Support prospects, customers and partners through discovery, solution design and proof of value
* Work closely with sales, product and engineering teams to shape deal strategy and influence product direction
* Get out into the field – visiting prospects, customers, and channel partners regularly
* Bring a flexible, hands-on mindset to a scale-up culture where everyone contributes beyond their job title
What You’ll Bring
* Experience as a Sales Engineer or similar technical pre-sales role within cybersecurity
* Strong background in email security, web security or CASB solutions
* Comfortable working in a fast-moving environment, where the contribution you make really counts
* Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical detail into business value
* A collaborative mindset and willingness to take on different responsibilities when needed
* Ability to travel for customer and partner engagements
* Hybrid availability: 1–2 days per week in the office
