Job – What you’ll be doing
As a Youth Support Worker Trainer (Level 3 Apprenticeships), you’ll deliver engaging, high-quality apprenticeship training to learners across the North of England (Manchester, Leeds and surrounding areas).
Your responsibilities will include:

Delivering blended learning programmes (primarily online, with some face-to-face sessions)
*
Assessing and supporting apprentices through their Level 3 Youth Work qualifications
*
Coaching learners, monitoring progress, and providing tailored feedback
*
Working with employers to ensure learners meet workplace and apprenticeship standards
*
Supporting learners through End Point Assessment preparation
*
Contributing to curriculum development and quality assurance activities
Ideal Candidate
You will ideally have:

A JNC-recognised Youth Work qualification (Level 3 Diploma or Degree)
OR a degree in a related field such as Community Development or Social Work with strong youth work experience
*
Experience working in youth services or community-based settings
*
A recognised Assessor/Tutor qualification (or willingness to work towards this – exceptional candidates will be supported)
*
Strong communication and digital skills for online delivery
*
The ability to travel across the North (Manchester, Leeds and surrounding areas)
