We’re looking for a new kind of coach to join the Strong Collective at Stone Fitness – Bank. This isn’t freelance. This isn’t clocking hours and chasing sessions. This is full-time, purpose-driven and brand-led coaching built around community, consistency and results.
We’re launching our new group training method – Strong Collective – a bold, high-impact strength programme designed to deliver results, longevity and connection. And we need the right people to help lead it.
What You’ll Do
* Coach 10–15 small group strength-based sessions per week
* Support client onboarding using VO2/HAWQ assessments
* Be a leader in the studio – bring energy, accountability and consistency
* Contribute to client tracking, check-ins and progress support
* Help shape the brand through content, feedback and collaboration
* Represent Strong Collective in and outside the studio
* Private personal training
What You’ll Bring
* A genuine passion for helping others get stronger, in body and mind
* At least 1 year of coaching or group fitness experience (strength focused ideal)
* A team-first attitude – this isn’t about egos, it’s about impact
* A level 3 PT qualification (or equivalent)
* Confidence in coaching functional lifts, compound movements and progressions
* Willingness to learn, grow and contribute to something bigger than yourself
What You’ll Get
* £26,000–£30,000 salary (based on experience & delivery performance | quarterly bonuses tied to group growth and retention) We would consider part time also.
