About the Role
We're seeking an experienced Mazak CNC Programmer/Setter to join a highly skilled manufacturing team producing precision-engineered components from advanced materials. Key Responsibilities
" Program, set, and operate Mazak CNC machines (Mazatrol control)
" Produce high-precision components to extremely tight tolerances
" Work with advanced materials, including ceramics
" Maintain quality and efficiency throughout the production process
" Collaborate with colleagues to troubleshoot and optimise machining operations
Requirements
" Proven experience in Mazak CNC programming and setting (minimum 5 years preferred)
" Strong experience with 5-axis Mazak milling machines
" Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings accurately
" Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing work of the highest quality
" Experience machining ceramics or metals to fine tolerances

Shift Pattern
" Monday to Wednesday: 15:00 - 23:00
" Thursday: 14:00 - 22:00
" Friday: 07:30 - 12:30
