Overview
An opportunity has arisen for an efficient receptionist clerk who is passionate about delivering excellent customer care. The ideal candidate must possess excellent interpersonal, communication and customer service skills.
Responsibilities
* Duties will include the reception of patients into clinics
* Making clinic appointments
* Answering the phones
* Dealing with members of the public
* Outpatient Reception cover across PRUH, Orpington and Beckenham Beacon Hospitals; the successful candidate must be willing and able to travel
* Support service developments as required
Requirements / Qualifications
* Experience of working in a team
* Flexible attitude towards work and willingness to be flexible in a very busy department which provides a patient-focused service
* Willingness to learn new skills
* Good knowledge of general computer use
