Overview
We have an immediate opportunity available for an experienced administrator to join our friendly team. The role is busy and varied.
Responsibilities
* Welcome visitors and provide excellent customer service
* Develop and maintain accurate databases and information systems
* Maintain organisation of paperwork and files within the nursery
* Ordering supplies and resources
* Issuing invoices and helping the manager manage any outstanding invoices
* Prepare and submit data for all forms of income including local authority, grants and parent fees
* Prepare and send out invoices, cash handling where necessary and banking
* Assist with marketing of services including fundraising
Qualifications and Requirements
* Solid background of varied administration experiences
* Proficient level of IT (Information Technology) skills
* Understanding of the principles of safeguarding children is desirable, however this is covered in induction and ongoing training
* DBS check: a satisfactory, enhanced Disclosure & Barring Service (DBS) check on appointment and every three years thereafter
Working Hours
Our preferred hours would be worked daily between Monday and Friday; some flexibility may be available for the right candidate.
