Job Description: The successful candidate will be responsible for administrating CSUK Holdco in a busy fast-paced environment. This is a hybrid, part time position, 1 day per week. CSUK Holdco is a holding company dealing with the supply and receipt of cash for its subsidiaries ongoing operations. CSUK board also approves acquisitions in the UK and abroad for CSI companies. Good communication skills are essential as you will be dealing with colleagues all over the world for whom English may not be their first language. As the administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth, accurate and timely administration of documentation and other matters and will be the first point of contact for all matters regarding CSUK Holdco. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES Reporting into the UK Payroll Manager, your varied duties will include: Collation and preparation of acquisition and dividend documents Maintain acquisition and dividend register, chasing for signed documents as required Ensure all documentation is ready for audit Responding to first line e-mails and queries for CSUK Holdco Coordinate & Organise Acquisition Meetings Maintain Contact Information for intercompany Setting up payments and verifying bank details for acquisitions and regular cash requests Assisting with journal entries to record acquisitions following the step plan Assisting with intercompany reconciliations Responding to first line e-mails and queries for CSUK Holdco TO BE ELIGIBILE YOU NEED Proven ability to adhere to deadlines Excellent organisation skills A keen eye for detail Enjoy working within a team Excellent communicator as you will be answering queries Confident with Excel If that sounds like you, we would love for you to join our expanding team.
