The Opportunity:
We’re hiring an experienced Area Manager to oversee a portfolio of high-profile, customer-facing venues across Greater Manchester, including a flagship city-centre location. This is a senior operational role within a well-established, market-leading gaming and leisure operator.
You’ll have full accountability for performance across your area. Commercial results, people leadership, standards, and compliance all sit firmly in your remit.

What you’ll be responsible for:
• Full operational and financial performance across multiple venues
• Leading, coaching, and developing venue managers and teams
• Recruitment, capability building, and performance management
• Ensuring consistent compliance with H&S, security, and regulatory standards
• Creating a high-engagement, customer-first culture across your area
What we’re looking for:
• Proven experience in a multi-site, customer-facing environment (a must, ideally 7+ years)
• Strong people leadership. You know how to build teams, not just manage numbers (a must, ideally 4 years)
• Comfortable operating in regulated or high-compliance settings
• Organised, commercially aware, and confident making decisions
• Full UK driving licence and happy to travel regularly across your patch
