Head Chef UK Wide Opportunities Available

We are currently recruiting for multiple Head Chef positions across the UK, working with a range of quality-led establishments including country house hotels, boutique properties, and high-volume operations. These roles suit experienced chefs who are ready to take full ownership of a kitchen and drive standards, performance, and team culture.
As a Head Chef, you will be responsible for the overall management of the kitchen, leading your brigade, controlling costs, and delivering consistent, high-quality food. You will work closely with senior management to ensure the kitchen operates efficiently and profitably.
Key Responsibilities Take full responsibility for the day-to-day running of the kitchen.
Lead, motivate, and develop the kitchen team.
Design and deliver menus that align with the style and standards of the business.
Manage GP, labour costs, and overall kitchen financial performance.
Ensure compliance with all food safety, hygiene, and health & safety regulations.
Oversee stock control, ordering, and supplier relationships.
Maintain consistency, quality, and presentation across all food offerings.
Key Requirements Previous experience as a Head Chef or an experienced Sous Chef ready to step up.
Strong leadership and people management skills.
Proven track record in managing kitchen finances and GP.
Passion for high-quality food and attention to detail.
Ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Flexibility to relocate within the UK if required.
