We’re currently seeking a motivated and organised Progress Chaser to join our Colchester Honda dealership. This is a key customer-facing and coordination role, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced automotive environment. Key Responsibilities Vehicle Progress Tracking: Monitor the journey of each vehicle through the sales process, from order to final handover. Communication Hub: Act as a link between the sales team and customers, keeping everyone informed of vehicle progress. Customer Follow-Up: Ensure a smooth post-sale experience by checking in with customers and addressing any queries or concerns. Vehicle Management: Support with check-in of new and used vehicles, organise valeting, refuel vehicles, and assist with driving needs across the site. Handover Preparation: Help ensure vehicles are perfectly presented and ready for handover. Showroom Standards: Support the maintenance of a clean, professional, and welcoming showroom environment. Photography & Marketing: Coordinate photography for used vehicles and update advertising platforms to ensure accurate listings. Auction Vehicle Oversight: Manage the preparation, storage, and disposal of auction cars. Forecourt Presentation: Assist in keeping the vehicle display area clean, organised, and appealing to customers. What We’re Looking For Previous experience in a similar role within the automotive industry is preferred. Excellent organisation and time management skills. Strong communication abilities and a proactive approach to customer service. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Full UK driving licence with a clean record is essential.
