We are proud to be representing a well-established company with over many years of success in their sector who are searching for a Order Processor / Administrator to join them initially on a temporary basis. Known for their commitment to quality and strong team culture, they are now seeking a Order Processor / Administrator to join their friendly and dynamic team on a full-time, temp basis initially, based in the Agecroft area. There is a possibility this role will become permanent for the successful candidate.
About the Role
This is a varied and hands-on administrative position offering day-to-day involvement in key commercial processes. Your responsibilities will include:
Processing and checking customer orders
Handling customer enquiries and providing exceptional support
Booking collections and arranging deliveries
Creating and managing purchase orders
General filing and document management
Supporting the team with other day-to-day office administrative duties
What We’re Looking For
To succeed in this role, you’ll need to be a proactive team player with excellent communication and organisational skills. The ideal candidate will:
Thrive in a team environment
Be confident speaking to customers and answering phone calls
Have strong computer literacy
Be detail-oriented with a can-do attitude
Experience with Sage 200 ERP systems is highly desirable but not essential, as training can be provided for the right candidate.
