Preferred Requirements of the Customer Account Manager
* Lead regular customer reviews and align on priorities, risks, and forward plans, proactively identifying and mitigating risks to delivery and revenue.
* Manage delivery performance across the full customer lifecycle, ensuring alignment to customer expectations for quality, on-time delivery, and responsiveness.
* Provide clear visibility of demand, risks, and opportunities, supporting accurate forecasting and planning activities.
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Operations, Planning, Supply Chain, Engineering, Quality) to deliver consistent and reliable customer outcomes.
* Champion continuous improvement initiatives to enhance customer experience, communication, and operational performance.
Preferred Qualifications of the Customer Account Manager
* Extensive experience working in low volume, high product mix, build-to-print, and design to spec environments, preferably in the Aerospace or a similar industry.
* Demonstrable experience of effective negotiation and influencing skills, as well as the ability to thrive under pressure and deliver against deadlines.
* Strong working knowledge of MS Office applications, particularly Excel, and experience in the use of ERP systems for basic business management.
