Headline
Lead the automation of global artwork for some of the world's most recognisable consumer brands.
The Opportunity
This is a high-impact role within a global Marketing Excellence function undergoing a major technology and process transformation. You'll play a central part in shifting a manual, repetitive and error‑prone artwork process into a modernised digital workflow. With a full system migration planned across 2025‑26, this role is critical to ensuring brands, markets and functions transition smoothly into the new artwork ecosystem. It's a chance to shape how a global organisation delivers artwork quality, speed and consistency at scale.
What you’ll do
* Gather, organise and manage all artwork assets required to set up multiple powerbrands in the new artwork system.
* Coordinate brand set-up with central, local and global Marketing teams, Execution Excellence and external partners.
* Liaise closely with the automation vendor to build the new artwork repository and automation framework.
* Support Artwork Coordinators on BAU activity within the new system; communicate milestones, critical paths and dependencies.
* Lead meetings through the set‑up phase, track actions, issue minutes and ensure inputs are accurate and consistent.
* Manage approvals, consolidate amends and channel updates clearly to cross‑functional teams and the external vendor.
* Build strong working relationships across Marketing, Regulatory, Supply, Packaging, DX and other stakeholders.
What you’ll bring
* Proven experience managing artwork projects – client‑ or agency‑side – with a solid understanding of artwork processes, requirements and key milestones.
* Strong project management capability across both small and large‑scale programmes, ideally within transformation environments.
* Ability to coordinate international, cross‑functional teams and maintain effective relationships at all levels.
* Excellent organisational skills, strong attention to detail and a logical, structured approach.
* Clear, confident verbal and written communication.
* Ability to remain calm under pressure and operate effectively in a fast‑moving, changing environment.
* Strong knowledge of print processes and packaging materials; experience with large consumer brands is an advantage.
* A proactive, problem‑solving mindset; able to work autonomously and drive progress without hand‑holding.
Essential qualities for success
* Thrives in a fast‑paced, complex, matrix‑style organisation.
* Leads, takes ownership and delivers results.
* Is comfortable in a hectic, ambiguous, constantly evolving setting.
