Reporting to the Agriculture Trainer, with a dotted line to the Hatchery Operations Manager, Specialist Skills Trainers will deliver, co-ordinate and track all Job Specific/key skills training required for an assigned area/shift. This will include introduction to the department when a colleague joins the department or transfers into a new role, ensuring completion of and competency against Job Specific SOPs, refresher training and updates, training on other modules within the Pathway to Performance and ad hoc training. Flexibility and travel might be required to cover other areas of Agri business. There may be a portion of time not required for training which will be used to work as part of the production team in order to maintain skills and familiarity with the operation of the department. Essential Desirable Two years experience in a agriculture production environment Have experience with and be multi-skilled in at least 3 key jobs within a department /unit Confident in using a PC, especially Microsoft packages Assertive with excellent people skills Organised Ability to develop and design creative solutions Good communication skills Professional trainers certificate Working towards a CIPD training qualification i.e. Certificate in training practice Experience in internal auditing Driving licence Weekly Hours: 40 per week Working Days: Sunday to Thursday 07:30am to 16:00pm
