The Work
* Drafting and negotiating commercial leases (new, renewals and reversionary)
* Preparing ancillary documents including licences to alter and rent deposit deeds
* Managing tenant due diligence and liaising with client advisors
* Handling lease management matters (assignments, underlettings, variations)
* Supervising junior lawyers and supporting wider transactional work where needed
What We're Looking For
* 3+ PQE in commercial real estate (England & Wales qualified) Solicitor, Legal Executive or CLC.
* Experience with landlord and tenant work, ideally within structured or high-volume environments
* Comfortable working within defined processes and delivery models
* Strong client communication and relationship-building skills
* A practical, commercially focused approach
