Duties include reception management, patient bookings, diary coordination (including sedation), payments, cashing up, treatment plans, consent forms, outstanding accounts, payment plans, and Denplan/Practice Plan administration. The role involves maintaining accurate patient records, managing referrals, preparing weekly KPI and new patient reports, overseeing stock ordering, and supporting staff rotas.

You will greet patients, handle enquiries, manage appointments, send reminders, provide treatment and fee information, and ensure GDPR, health & safety, and CQC compliance. A positive, professional attitude, strong organisation, and ability to multitasCore skills required
