Your main aim will be supporting students in all areas of English, whilst effectively transitioning to secondary school and forming a positive learning relationship with the students. This role requires the appropriate qualifications and training, however relevant experience is also desirable.The right candidate will have the ability to posses a genuine desire and passion for working with children and supporting them through their educational development. A positive attitude, compassion and empathy alongside the understanding of safeguarding and children's welfare is essential.
