Job Title: Retentions & Cancellations Advisor
Location: Sheffield (Office-Based)
Salary: £28,000 + Bonus Structure
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm
About the Role:
Stafforce Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Retentions & Cancellations Advisor to join a busy and fast-paced customer service team based in Sheffield. This is a highly phone-driven role focused on engaging with existing customers, managing cancellation requests, and working proactively to retain business.
Key Responsibilities:
Managing inbound and outbound calls relating to customer accounts and cancellation requests
Contacting customers to understand reasons for cancellation and offering suitable retention solutions
Handling objections confidently and working to retain customers wherever possible
Processing cancellations accurately and efficiently when required
Responding to customer enquiries via phone and email in a professional and timely manner
Updating internal systems with accurate records of customer interactions
Working towards individual and team retention targets
Delivering a high standard of customer service at all timesWhat We're Looking For:
Previous experience in a customer service, retention, or call centre role
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Confident managing challenging conversations and objections
Target-driven with a proactive and positive attitude
Good attention to detail and organisational skills
