Manage and support assigned Personnel on Recovery Duty (PRD). Provide support to Field Army Units in the management and administration of PRD to deliver the swiftest return to duty (RTD) or supported transition to civilian life in order to maximise deployability in direct support to the Army’s Main Effort. Responsibilities: 1. Provide close support to PRD throughout their recovery pathway, either to enable them to return to duty or to make a smooth transition to civilian life. 2. Manage, supervise and direct PRD in accordance with AGAI78, AGAI99, JSP110 in conjunction with the Army Recovery Capability (ARC) Directive and direction/advice from the clinical chain of command. 3. Deliver formal case briefings every 28 days. 4. Responsible to the OC and Senior Case Manager (SCM) for the accurate completion of mandated casework and detailed briefings across a highly specialised Multi-Disciplinary Team at monthly case reviews. 5. Provide a peripatetic service, visiting PRD, Officers and Soldiers (and their families) assigned to the PRU, in order to ensure safety, supervision, support and assurance that Recovery Duty is being undertaken. 6. Provide Army Engagement (AE) support, within PRU WW AOR, in order to ensure Unit understanding of PRD management across the AOR is delivered in order to maximise RTD. 7. Under direction of OC contribute to the development of Recovery Outcomes. 8. Carry out any further tasks as directed by OC and CO.
