We have a short-term Administrative Assistant opportunity where you’ll play a vital role in supporting an important finance project — helping manage supplier information and ensuring everything is up-to-date and accurate in our ERP system (IFS). Our client is preparing to be on the grid for the 2026 FIA Formula One™ World Championship, and they’re building a world-class team on and off the track. They’re looking for someone reliable and detail-focused to help keep their supplier records organised and payments on track. What You’ll Be Doing: Sending emails to over 500 suppliers to request updated details, including bank information. Keeping careful track of responses and following up when needed. Accurately entering supplier information into the IFS ERP system. Setting up a new payment type within IFS to support supplier payments. Making calls to double-check bank details for added security. Working closely with the Accounts Payable Supervisor to resolve any issues or data gaps. What We’re Looking For: Excellent organisational and time management skills. Strong written and verbal communication — you’ll be comfortable sending professional emails and making polite follow-up calls. A high level of attention to detail — you’ll be handling important information. Some experience with ERP systems (IFS is a plus) or similar admin databases is helpful but not essential. A positive, flexible attitude and the ability to handle repetitive admin tasks accurately and efficiently.
