Key Responsibilities:
1. Oversee maintenance operations across a 130-building site
2. Manage and support a team of 4 engineers, ensuring efficient workflow
3. Collaborate with and assist the Electrical Supervisor in planning and execution
4. Ensure compliance with health and safety standards
5. Handle scheduling, inspections, and reporting
What We’re Looking For:
6. Proven experience in maintenance or a related trade (electrical background preferred)
7. Previous experience as a supervisor, managing teams effectively
8. Strong leadership and organizational skills
9. Ability to step back from hands-on work and focus on supervision
10. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
