The Role
As an Assistant Gym Manager, you’ll be at the heart of our community, focusing on:
* Delivering an exceptional member experience alongside the Gym Manager
* Supporting the Gym Manager in attracting new members through outreach and community events
* Leading a talented team of Personal Trainers, Fitness Coaches, and Gym Instructors
* Providing ongoing training and professional development for fitness staff
* Enhancing our Group Exercise offerings
You’ll play a crucial role in creating a vibrant workplace and workout environment for both your team and gym members. Your leadership will ensure high-quality service delivery and contribute to our growing membership base.
