You'll drive engaging, trend-led content and influencer activity across all social platforms with a key focus on TikTok across EU markets. You’ll be responsible for sourcing, onboarding, managing, and growing relationships with creators, influencers, ambassadors, and affiliate partners who align with our brand.
This role sits at the intersection of creator marketing, partnerships, social commerce, and performance marketing. You’ll own creator relationships end-to-end from outreach and negotiation through to campaign execution, reporting, and long-term growth.
The ideal candidate understands influencer culture, knows how to identify high-performing creators, and can turn partnerships into measurable commercial results.
What you will be doing?
* Manage, identify, recruit, and onboard creators, influencers, and affiliate partners aligned with brand objectives
* Negotiate contracts, usage rights, deliverables, and commercial terms
* Manage and grow the affiliate marketing programme across key channels and platforms
* Monitor creator performance and optimise partnerships based on ROI, engagement, and sales metrics
* Plan and execute influencer campaigns from briefing through to delivery and reporting
* Coordinate content approvals, timelines, product seeding, and campaign logistics
* Ensure creators deliver high-quality content that aligns with brand guidelines and campaign objectives
* Track campaign KPIs including reach, engagement, traffic, conversions, CAC, and revenue attribution and produce regular reporting and actionable insights for internal stakeholders
* Stay up to date with creator trends, platform updates, and emerging social channels
* Identify new partnership opportunities, talent, and creator communities
* Cross-Functional Collaboration - Work closely with marketing, social, paid media, PR, e-commerce, and creative teams and support broader brand campaigns with creator-led activations
What you will have?
* 2–5+ years experience in influencer marketing, affiliate marketing, talent management, or creator partnerships
* Strong understanding of influencer ecosystems across TikTok, Instagram and emerging platforms
* Experience managing creator campaigns and affiliate programmes
* Commercial mindset with understanding of performance metrics and ROI
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
* Highly organised with strong project management ability
* Experience using influencer or affiliate platforms/tools
