Permanent Warehouse Supervisor required for Lisburn. My client is expanding and seeking a Warehouse Supervisor for its Lisburn, facility. This role supports the Warehouse Manager in overseeing the daily operations of a busy warehouse The position requires hands-on involvement in warehouse tasks, staff supervision, and ensuring efficient, safe, and accurate workflow across all warehouse functions. Duties will include: Participate in all warehouse operations, including manual handling, order picking, unloading, loading trucks, and printing invoices. Support the Warehouse Manager and supervise staff during their absence. Organise and allocate daily work schedules. Monitor intake and dispatch for accuracy and proper organisation. Supervise picking and checking to ensure correct order fulfilment. Assist with staff training, development, and engagement. Work collaboratively with the site management team. Ensure adherence to Health & Safety standards. Essential Criteria 3 years experience in a warehouse supervisory role. Background in a busy warehouse or logistics environment. Experience using a warehouse management system. Valid Forklift/Aisle Master licence. Person Specification Highly organised with excellent attention to detail. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Effective team player with the ability to work independently. Calm under pressure and able to meet tight deadlines. Decisive, proactive, and enthusiastic. Logistics/supply chain qualification (advantage). Strong numeracy, administrative, and analytical abilities. Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. Good problem-solving skills with both tactical and strategic thinking.
