But you must know the Estimating department processes:
Tender review, Enquiry management, supply chain, analysing quotes, take offs, pull it all together, liaise with Directors to move forward
Initial mentor in the team with a Senior Estimator to develop skills and understaning

About the Role:
(Fully fledged)
Reporting to the Estimating Manager, you'll be in the thick of the action:
* Dive into tender documents, analyse, raise RFIs, and liaise with the supply chain
* Prepare competitive, accurate tenders and present your costing approach and risk assessments
* Influence internal decisions in tender adjudication meetings
* Support smooth project handovers to operations, ensuring everything starts perfectly
Who We're Looking For:
* Minimum 2 years' estimating experience preferred (but ambitious candidates who can hit the ground running are welcome)
* Sharp commercial awareness and a proactive mindset
* Excellent communicator with strong organisational skills
* A true team player who thrives under pressure and loves solving problems
* Confident attending client site meetings as required
