What you’ll lead As Operations & Continuous Improvement Manager, you will: Oversee the safe, efficient, and reliable operation of a key production unit Lead operational planning, daily/weekly performance reviews, and KPI reporting Manage logistics and material flow to support smooth, efficient supply chain operations Champion continuous improvement, lean principles, and waste reduction Provide clear leadership to operations, a process engineer, and logistics Act as Duty Manager out of hours, ensuring site‑wide safety and risk management Translate business strategy into clear operational targets This role suits someone who brings structure, clarity, and a collaborative approach to improvement. What you bring Experience in complex, chemical, or hazardous manufacturing Strong understanding of safety, COMAH, process operations, and risk management A track record of delivering continuous improvement and operational excellence Confidence in managing competing priorities and making balanced decisions Strong analytical and communication skills A leadership style that builds trust, alignment, and accountability A relevant degree plus Green Belt as a minimum (Chartership or Level 7 desirable) Make your mark.
