Overview
We have an opportunity for a Technical Support Engineer - Electronic Access Systems to join us at Honeywell, in the North Region, where you will be responsible for the service to our clients, commissioning new Onity systems primarily in the hospitality sector and provide technical support to our customers via phone.
Responsibilities
* Commission new systems at customer sites.
* Program new systems for customers.
* Undertake technical revisions with customers where maintenance contracts exist.
* Provide training and guidance to internal and external clients.
* Support customers with telephone technical assistance.
* Commission new Onity systems primarily within the hospitality sector.
Qualifications
* Experience in a similar technician or engineering role.
* Knowledge and experience within technical engineering, telecommunications, or specialty in electronics or computer systems, ideally within the electronic access system industry.
* Analytical thinking, customer orientation.
* Organizational capacity, prioritisation of tasks.
* Full UK driving licence with the ability to travel across the North Region and other parts of the country when required.
