Hays are pleased to be working with a locally based, internationally recognised organisation that are currently looking to add a permanent member of staff to their existing small but collaborative team within the Aberdeen area. This role is being offered on a permanent basis with flexibility in working hours.
Your new role
In your new role, you will be a key point of contact for the organisation in managing all elements of transactional finance including daily invoice processing, bank reconciliations, payment runs and chasing payments. You will be confident in dealing with suppliers and internal stakeholders alike, providing accurate and efficient information relating to finance operations.
What you'll need to succeed
To succeed, you will demonstrate a strong understanding and application of transactional finance processes and confidently able to work as a key point of contact for all finance related queries. You will have previously worked using Sage 50 andfortable addressing any queries that are directed towards finance related issues.
