What you’ll do:
* Advise on contentious and non-contentious employment matters
* Draft contracts, policies, and settlement agreements
* Manage tribunal claims and disciplinary/grievance processes
* Provide practical, commercially-focused advice to clients
About you:
* Qualified Solicitor with employment law experience
* Strong advocacy, drafting, and client care skills
* Organised, proactive, and able to manage your own caseload
