The post holder has a devolved management, leadership, and development role in ensuring and supporting the effective delivery of clinical practice by the Crisis Resolution/Home Treatment Service to clients aged 18 and over with severe mental health problems and/or an acute psychiatric crisis, in accordance with quality practices and procedures.
The post holder will provide mental health assessments and support to clients within various settings, including clients' homes and other health and non-statutory settings.
A full UK driving license and vehicle for business use are required for this post; however, reasonable adjustments will be made for disabled individuals in line with the Equality Act 2010.
Please note that applicants will be required to pay for their DBS check. The costs are deducted from salary following appointment. The DBS application costs £26.40 (standard) or £54.40 (enhanced), and this amount will be deducted from your salary over the first two months of employment.
Enrolment in the DBS Update Service is encouraged. An annual fee of £16 applies.
