We’re working with a fast-growing, internationally successful consumer brand that’s transforming how millions of people save money when they shop online. As they continue their impressive UK growth journey, they’re now looking to hire a Head of UK Marketing to lead their next wave of brand and customer expansion.
This is a unique opportunity to take a household-saving champion to the next level, building brand equity, leading acquisition and engagement strategy, and spearheading bold campaigns that reach millions.
What you’ll be doing:
* Own and drive the full UK marketing strategy across brand, acquisition, engagement, SEO, and PR.
* Deliver integrated, data-driven campaigns across channels including TV, digital, social, CRM, and more.
* Balance short-term performance with long-term brand growth, backed by strong ROI frameworks.
* Lead and inspire a growing marketing team across multiple specialisms.
* Partner with internal teams (Design, UX, Product, CS) and external agencies to create cohesive, high-impact campaigns.
* Champion innovation while keeping members at the heart of everything.
What we’re looking for:
* Proven senior marketing leadership experience in a consumer-facing brand.
* Deep expertise in brand marketing with strong performance marketing understanding.
* Experience running integrated, multi-channel campaigns with 7-figure budgets.
* Commercial and data-driven mindset with a track record of delivering measurable growth.
* Collaborative, empowering leadership style.
* Excellent stakeholder management, agency oversight, and communication skills.
What’s on offer:
* £80,000 - £95,000 salary depending on experience
* Hybrid working – typically 3 days in Stafford HQ, 2 days remote
