Key Responsibilities
* Ensure that care worker visits reflect Hartwig Care’s commitment to continuity and flexibility.
* Ensure all visits take place on time and are assigned to the most suitable care workers according to clients’ needs.
* Provide care workers with all necessary and up‑to‑date information regarding client visits and company policies.
* Receive and record information from care workers—verbally and in writing—within agreed timelines.
* Coordinate care worker review meetings and team meetings, ensuring they take place as scheduled.
* Cross‑check actual visits against planned schedules to ensure accuracy.
* Support improvements in service monitoring, quality assurance, and client safety.
* Assist Care Managers in sharing daily updates, visit changes, and key information with care staff.
* Answer phone calls and text messages, take messages, and redirect communications appropriately.
