Amazon’s Delivery Station Liaison Agents are in direct contact with our customers, ensuring that missed deliveries are successfully completed and customer queries are handled effectively. Your ability to respond quickly and implement solutions will help keep this vital part of Amazon’s operations running smoothly.
Key job responsibilities
1. Place outbound calls to customers
2. Investigate and resolve delivery issues, collaborating with Amazon logistics and delivery partners when needed
3. Maintain records of customer queries and resolutions on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis
4. Follow Standard Operating Procedures and ensure customer data security
5. Assist with internal communications, including giving presentations and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives
A day in the life
You’ll be based at one of our last-mile delivery warehouses, where Amazon’s logistics system operates. As orders are dispatched and delivered, you’ll communicate with our warehouse, associates, delivery partners, and customers to provide guidance. You’ll inform delivery partners of rescheduling needs and resolve delivery issues promptly to ensure a positive customer experience.
Operating at the core of Amazon’s logistics, you’ll develop expertise in logistics and customer service, connecting daily with customers and leveraging your understanding of our supply chain and local delivery networks.
About The Team
Our Delivery Service Liaison (DSL) team assists customers with last-mile deliveries, facilitating redelivery or investigating cases where drivers cannot find an address. Based in last-mile delivery sites worldwide, we work closely with delivery station colleagues and partners. Our team combines customer service and logistics expertise, working towards the common goal of delivering parcels into customers’ hands.
Basic Qualifications
* Experience handling customer queries via phone and email
* Experience in administrative support roles involving collaboration with teams
* Problem-solving experience related to customer issues or internal processes
* Proficiency in the local language
* Note: This position is a 12-month fixed-term contract.
Preferred Qualifications
Preferred qualifications are not mandatory but desirable:
* Experience communicating with senior colleagues
* Professional experience in fast-paced environments
