Are you a consultant with 3–5 years’ experience in transformation, business analysis, or agile delivery - and looking to grow your career in AI-driven change?


Techmunity are hiring a Delivery Consultant for a London startup consultancy redefining how organisations use AI and automation to deliver meaningful impact.


They already work with the NHS, Network Rail, the University of Oxford, and PE-backed scale-ups, helping them reimagine operating models, optimise processes, and embed intelligent automation.


You’ll work directly with:

* The Founder and MD, who’s led global integrations, multimillion-pound programmes, and automation initiatives for organisations like JLR and BT.
* A Consulting Director (ex-PwC) who has delivered AI-enabled transformations for clients such as the Met Police and now shapes this startup’s AI-first consulting playbook.


What you’ll do

* Facilitate agile ceremonies, capture requirements, and shape solution designs.
* Map and optimise processes, embedding Lean thinking and AI-first approaches.
* Manage delivery, risks, and client communications with clarity and structure.
* Collaborate with colleagues across consulting, data, and development - learning and contributing in equal measure.
