Our Foundation Maths Team works with post-16 learners who did not achieve a national benchmark in secondary school. This unique role allows us to directly tackle the barriers these learners face.
What you'll be doing:
* delivering high-quality GCSE and Functional Skills Maths teaching to post-16 learners.
* using innovative and evidence-based approaches to engage students who may have struggled with maths in the past.
* supporting learners in developing both numeracy skills and confidence to achieve their academic goals.
* creating a positive and inspiring classroom environment that fosters growth and resilience.
* working collaboratively within a supportive and forward-thinking team.
