Job Opportunity: Project Manager
Due to increased workload, we are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team. This is a permanent position overseeing projects valued between £3m and £20m within a 30-mile radius of Harrogate.
The successful candidate will work alongside our extensive team, managing all aspects of each project from Pre-Construction to on-site management, including internal staff, sub-contractors, health and safety, works programming, and liaising with clients and architects. Responsibilities also include overseeing materials and sub-contract procurement to ensure projects are completed to high standards, on time, and within budget.
Experience and Qualifications
* Proven track record in delivering construction projects on time and within budget
* Minimum of 10 years of Site Management experience
* Extensive knowledge of construction processes and industry best practices
* Proficiency in using Microsoft Project
* Strong commitment to quality, with a history of repeat business over the last 40 years
* Successful people management skills and excellent communication abilities
* Good IT skills and a minimum SMSTS qualification
