We're looking for a Contract Manager to join our PFI FM team based in Farnham Hospital and Bournemouth Library.
Location: Farnham and Bournemouth
Hours: 40 hours per week – typically Monday to Friday, with some flexibility available. Please let us know your preferred hours when you speak to us.
What will you be responsible for?
As a Contract Manager, you'll work within the PFI FM team, supporting them in delivering contractual and operational excellence across Farnham Hospital and Bournemouth Library.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
* Managing the delivery and financial performance of the contract
* Leading a team of operatives, subcontractors, and administrators
* Developing and maintaining strong client relationships
* Ensuring services are delivered in line with KPI/SLA targets
* Carrying out quality assurance and compliance inspections
What are we looking for?
This role of Contract Manager is ideal if:
* You have substantial practical experience, ideally within a PFI or healthcare setting
* You hold relevant industry qualifications and a Managing IOSH Certificate
* You have strong communication skills and a solid understanding of building services, statutory regulations, and compliance
