YouwillreporttotheGroupTransactionalManagersupportingthetransactionalteaminreconcilingrevenueandrelatedactivities.

Processingcommissionstatementsandreconcilingbankaccountsforbusiness-as-usualincomefromthecompanyCRMsystem,maintainingallnecessaryspreadsheets
LiaisingwiththeUKofficestoobtainstatements
Loggingintoproductproviderportalstodownloadstatements
Contactingprovidersviaemail/chattoobtainstatements
TypingupstatementsfrompostalreportstouploadtotheCRM
Contactingproviderstoresolvequeriesviatelephoneandemail
Reviewunallocatedtransactionsdailyandensuringthesearebeingactioned,liaisingwithtransactionalmanagerifanyissuesarise
Reviewingdataforinconsistencies
CompletemonthendreportingandanalysisfortheGroupTransactionalManager
Carryingoutanyotheradhocdutiesorprojectsasrequired
