Role Description
This is a full-time role working from our Maidstone head office. The Contract Manager will oversee contract negotiations, manage client relationships, and ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget. Key responsibilities include costing contract enquiries, reviewing contractual documents, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, and mitigating risks. The Contract Manager will also coordinate with internal teams to manage project schedules and performance metrics. Attend site visits to coordinate works, check quality/progress and attend client meetings

* Ability to manage client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction
* Experience in project management and coordinating with internal teams
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Strong commercial skills
* Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
* Proficiency in legal and regulatory compliance
* Understanding of risk management
* Proven track record in Contracts management
* Experience in the flooring or construction industry is a must
