Job: SEN Support Assistant

Duration: Full Time // Part time
Pay: £90 - £100 a day
Responsibilities
* As an SEN Support Assistant you will be working closely with motivated teachers, you'll help to adapt and bring the curriculum to life, breaking down barriers and unlock every learners potential.
* Youll take an active part in the dynamic organisation of class activities, lead engaging small groups and individual 1:1 sessions, and helping to create a vibrant learning environment where every learner can thrive, feel valued and achieve beyond expectations.
Qualifications and Experience
* Appropriate qualifications are advantageous, however relevant experience in a similar role is desirable, as well as an appreciation of the needs and support of others such as working in care which can be transferable.
* The right candidate will possess a desire to assist in the learning and educational development of children.
* An understanding and commitment to the safeguarding and welfare of children is vital.
