SEN Teaching Assistant – Kingston

Pay Rate: £85 – £96 per day (Depending on experience)

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic SEN Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming and inclusive school in Kingston. This is a great opportunity for someone passionate about supporting children with Special Educational Needs and helping them thrive academically and emotionally.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide 1:1 and small group support to pupils with a range of SEN needs.
* Assist teachers in delivering engaging, differentiated lessons.
* Promote positive behaviour, confidence, and emotional well-being.
* Maintain a safe, nurturing, and inclusive classroom environment.
* Adapt learning resources and activities to meet individual student needs.
Requirements:
* Experience working with SEN learners (school, youth work, care, or similar).
* Patient, empathetic, and proactive approach.
* Strong communication and teamwork skills.
* Valid DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply).

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
