Key Responsibilities:
* Proactively source and generate new business leads within your designated market or industry segment.
* Drive the full sales cycle from initial contact through to successful negotiation and contract closure.
* Monitor and analyse market activity, staying ahead of trends, competitor movements, and technological advancements.
* Act as a brand ambassador by attending industry conferences, exhibitions, and client‑facing events.
* Build and maintain a robust, well‑organised database of prospective and existing clients, candidates and key contacts.
* Engage regularly with key decision‑makers to uncover needs, present solutions and expand client relationships.
* Establish yourself as a trusted subject‑matter expert by continuously growing your industry knowledge and delivering outstanding client service.
* Uphold rigorous data accuracy and ensure CRM systems are consistently updated and maintained.
* Set, track and achieve strategic sales and outreach goals to create a strong and sustainable pipeline of future opportunities.
What We’re Looking For:
* Proven track record of success in a business development or account management role.
* Experience operating from a CRM system with a focus on database integrity and management.
* Excellent listening, communication, presenting and customer service skills.
* Strong organisation, time‑management skills and an ability to work to tight deadlines.
* Highly ambitious, resilient, and competitively driven.
* Able to self‑manage and motivate.
* Aspirational to work in a meritocracy with the ability to influence and control your up‑capped earning potential.
* Degree‑qualified or equivalent.
* Ability to negotiate with external stakeholders and decision‑makers.
