Bookkeeper & Office Admin Assistant - Alton (Part-Time, Fully Office-Based)
Salary: £30K to £35K PA (pro rata)

You will be joining a wonderful business and team working towards common goals and objectives. The role of Bookkeeper & Office Admin Assistant is diverse, with no two days being the same. You will support various financial and administrative tasks in a professional and dynamic environment.
Responsibilities
1. Issue and manage sales invoices, track payments, and handle credit control.
2. Process purchase invoices, match to POs, and maintain accurate ledgers.
3. Reconcile bank accounts and monitor cash flow regularly.
4. Maintain product and cost data within the stock system.
5. Liaise with customers and suppliers to resolve financial queries.
6. Assist with payment runs and supplier statement reconciliation.
7. Generate customer quotations, order confirmations, and final invoicing.
8. Process and record customer deposits and final payments.
9. Liaise with the sales team and finance brokers to ensure timely payments.
10. Answer incoming calls, direct queries, and support the wider team with administrative tasks.
Candidate Requirements
* Experience in a similar bookkeeping and administrative role.
* Full right to work in the UK.
* Ability to work fully office-based in Alton.
