As a Deputy Home Manager, you'll ensure the clinical care provided exceeds professional, statutory, regulatory, and legal standards. This includes providing specialist nursing support, taking responsibility for resident care in the Home Manager's absence, and supervising colleagues to deliver empathetic, person-centred care.

HC-One seeks a Deputy Home Manager with a valid NMC Pin, knowledge of National Standards, and familiarity with the NMC code of practice. Experience in person-centred care planning within a care home is essential. The ideal candidate will have positive energy, strong mentoring skills, effective time management, and excellent record-keeping. Communication should be considerate and kind, both with residents and colleagues.
