Job Description
Based in Watford. Coordinate with customers and suppliers to ensure a smooth experience at the end of a customer’s lease agreement with Tusker.
Responsibilities
* Be responsible for the vehicle disposal process, including the issue of V5 documents.
* Maintain the re-marketing management system ensuring data is correct and accurate.
* Liaise with the internal Employee Engagement team regarding vehicle lease renewal contracts.

What You’ll Need
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills for arranging vehicle collections, liaising with re‑marketing partners to resolve any issues, dealing with customers, and liaising with fleet managers and drivers, while calculating and generating excess mileage and vehicle damage invoices.
* Excellent attention to detail and ability to work to and meet deadlines.
* Effective team player, able to work both independently and collaboratively, providing excellent customer service.
Additional Experience
* Knowledge of motor brands and interest in the car industry.
* Experience using Microsoft Office.
