Warranty Support Manager/Project Coordinator
£40,000 – £55,000 + Bonus

We're working with a well-established design & build business looking to strengthen their aftercare and defects function with the hire of a Warranty Support Manager.
This is a key administrative role focused on the coordination and management of defects. It would suit someone who thrives on structure, documentation and clear communication.
The Role
You will take ownership of the defects process from an administrative and coordination perspective, ensuring nothing slips through the cracks.
Responsibilities include:
• Managing and maintaining a structured defects database
• Coordinating internal and external communication with clients
• Providing regular progress updates to clients
• Liaising with Project Managers and subcontractors to ensure issues are resolved
• Tracking progress and ensuring accountability across all parties
• Bringing organisation and process to what has previously been a reactive function
Site visits and hands-on subcontractor management will sit elsewhere. Your focus will be control, communication and consistency.
The Person
This would suit someone from a document control, project administration or strong construction admin background.
You'll likely have:
• Experience within construction, fit-out or a similar built environment sector
• Excellent organisational and record-keeping skills
• Confidence dealing with clients and internal stakeholders
• A process-driven mindset
• The ability to implement and maintain systems, not just firefight
