Overview
We are looking for an Assistant Quantity Surveyor/Quantity Surveyor to join a multi‑disciplinary turnkey business that undertakes a wide variety of rail projects, from solution recommendations to complete design and construction.
Responsibilities
You will work on a new minor works and civils framework. Main works will involve contract administration under the main contract and subcontracts, supporting the team with management of subcontract payment notices in accordance with statutory and company requirements, assisting in the preparation of periodic cost/value reconciliation reports, monitoring of planned versus actual cost across disciplines, and more.
Qualifications
Ideally you are degree qualified or on a degree pathway in Commercial/Quantity Surveying, with experience on NEC option A, C, or E contracts. Rail or framework experience is desirable but not essential.
