Responsibilities
As an Inbound Sales & Customer Service Agent, your key responsibilities will include:
* Handling incoming calls for both sales and service inquiries.
* Managing service requests using the client's application system.
* Generating sales by understanding customer needs and creating desire for products and services.
* Cancelling, modifying, or confirming existing bookings.
* Upselling additional products, services, and extended stays.
